Randi Pierce 9/1/2010 In consecutive decisions Aug. 26, the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners extended the county’s medical marijuana moratorium and approved the first reading of an ordinance that would repeal the moratorium and allow certain business operations in the unincorporated county.
